Return Policy

Our return policy is designed to provide convenience and protection for you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus any shipping and handling fees. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note that we do not accept returns of used or damaged items, or items that are not in their original packaging. Additionally, any items returned without a valid RMA number may be subject to a restocking fee.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. We may request photos or additional information to process your claim.
